3+ Years of Experience in UI/UX Design’ Demonstrated experience in designing user interfaces and improving user experiences for websites, apps, or software; Strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design, wireframes, prototypes, and other design deliverables; Proven track record of collecting and analyzing user feedback to inform design decisions; Knowledge of designing for both web and mobile platforms, ensuring responsiveness and seamless user experiences across devices; Experience working closely with developers to translate design concepts into functional and efficient code; Experience in specific industries (e.g., e-commerce, healthcare, fintech) may be required, depending on the role.
Bachelor’s Degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or Related Field
While not always required, a degree in a relevant field provides a strong foundation in design principles and usability.
Certification from reputable sources like Nielsen Norman Group, Interaction Design Foundation, or other UX/UI programs is an added advantage.
Familiarity with WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) and other accessibility standards is a plus.
Understanding of design systems (e.g., Material Design) and agile workflows for iterative design processes.
